Your voucher has been beautifully designed, ready to be printed from your printer at home. Your voucher will be emailed to you, and can be presented on a smartphone to be redeemed.

This voucher is valid 48 hours after purchase, for 12 months.

This voucher features a unique reference code that must be quoted at the time of booking and redemption. The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or credit will be given. The unique code may only be redeemed once. To redeem a gift voucher or experience, an advance reservation is required and the original voucher must be presented on the aqualuna boat. Vouchers with QR codes need to be sent via email to be verified. Photocopies are not accepted. Reservations are subject to availability and any cancellation made within 48 hours of a booking renders the voucher null and void. To make a reservation please visit aqualuna@aqua.com.hk or call +852 2116 8821 and quote your voucher number. Menus are seasonal and subject to change. Monetary vouchers cannot be redeemed on special dates, New Year's Eve or Chinese New Year. To use ‘aqualuna’ and any intellectual property owned by Festival Thai Limited in any commercial or public domain, prior permission must be sought.
* Reschedule policy: Should you need to reschedule your sailing, a 48-hour notice is required before the scheduled time. A $100 rescheduling fee will apply for sailings cancelled within 48 hours and a 100% fee will incur in the event of no show.
